National Security & MB Information Resources

Listed here are some of the best resources available on the Internet to inform and educate those who are eager to learn more about threats to U.S. national security in general, as well as the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in particular, and anything that affects it, to include Islamic doctrine and history.

The Global Muslim Brotherhood Daily Watch (GMBDW)

The GMBDW monitors the daily activities of the Global Muslim Brotherhood. Everyday, a large variety of sources are sifted in order to identify the most relevant developments of the MB’s global activities, which are then presented in the form of posts that reference the original source, along with additional commentary and/or historical background. The GMBDW operates from no political or religious point of view, it’s only mission is to present the most compelling and reliable information on the daily activities of the MB’s global efforts. This site is widely read by US government agencies, foreign governments and interested users worldwide.

Center For Security Policy (CSP)

The CSP’s mission is to identify challenges and opportunities likely to affect American security and to act promptly and creatively to ensure that they are the subject of focused national examination and effective action.

CSP policy has pioneered the organization, management and direction of public policy coalitions to promote U.S. national security. Even more importantly, the Center’s mission has been to secure the adoption of the products of such efforts by skillfully enlisting support from executive branch officials, key legislators, other public policy organizations, opinion-shapers in the media and the public at large.

The CSP sees the philosophy of “Peace through Strength” as one not about military might, but as a belief that America’s national power must be preserved and properly used, because it holds a unique global role in maintaining peace and stability. The CSP forges teams to get things done that would otherwise be impossible for a small and relatively low-budget organization. In this way, it is able to offer maximum “bang for the buck” for the donors who make their work possible and has enabled the Center to have an out sized impact.

Counter Extremism Project(CEP)

The CEP is a non-profit, non-partisan, international policy organization formed to combat the growing threat of extremist ideologies. Led by a renowned group of former world leaders and diplomats, it aims to combat extremism by pressuring financial support networks, counter the narrative of extremists and their online recruitment efforts and advocate for strong laws, policies and regulations.

Modeled in part on advocacy efforts to counter Iran’s efforts to acquire nuclear weapons, CEP will expose shadowy channels of financial support to extremist groups and bring to bear private and public sector pressure to disrupt them.

CEP is assembles the world’s most extensive research database on extremist groups and their networks of support. Furthermore,  it provides an indispensable resource to governments, media, NGOs as well as the public. They use the latest communications tools, including social media, to expose the threat of extremists and mount a global counter-narrative to directly counter extremist ideology. Their efforts are particularly focused on young people in communities across the globe, who are vulnerable to extremist messaging and recruitment. Moreover, they assist lawmakers and policymakers in countries around the world to devise legislation and regulations that effectively address the threat their societies face from extremists.

Their staff includes experienced dedicated professionals, who are guided by an international advisory council of distinguished statesmen and recognized experts in their fields with extensive knowledge of and experience in combating extremist groups.

The Gatestone Institute

The Gatestone Institute is a non-partisan, non-profit international policy council and think tank. It is dedicated to educating the public about what the mainstream media fails to report in promoting:
